Control Desk Specialist (English language)

SDZ (Support Technologies and Services LTD) is a high-level customer support outsourcing company. We build meaningful connections between fintech companies and their traders.

We are about to launch a new project in October, so now we are looking for a Control Desk Specialist to join our support team. We speak 20 languages and help our clients reach users' needs and help them to understand all the peculiarities of trading. Our clients ask us a variety of questions starting from trading up to movie recommendations, so you won’t be bored.

Rotating schedule (changes weekly), hybrid:
from Monday to Friday
  • 8 am to 4:30 pm, Cyprus time (work from the office in Larnaca)
  • 4 pm to 12:30 am, Cyprus time (work from the office in Larnaca)
  • 12 am to 8:30 am, Cyprus time (work from home)

Requirements:
  • English C1
  • Highly developed communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • High learning ability and willingness to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Mathematical skills, ability to analyze numbers and large amounts of information
  • The advantage will be a background in the financial market (both working in a sphere and personal experience) and in customer service
  • If you ever worked with the US regulations and compliance or have СFTС background that would be very helpful in your everyday tasks
