External Service Provider Tutor


SDZ (Support Technologies and Services LTD) is a high-level customer support outsourcing company. We build meaningful connections between fintech companies and their traders.

Now we are looking for an External Service Provider Tutor to join our support team.
We speak 20 languages and help our clients reach users' needs and help them to understand all the peculiarities of trading. Our clients ask us a variety of questions starting from trading up to movie recommendations, so you won't be bored.

We provide our services 5/2 schedule from 1.30 pm to 10.00 pm / 10.00 am to 6:30 pm — GMT+3, Cyprus time

We are looking for a person who:

  • fluent in English (written and spoken, at a level not lower than C1). One more language is a plus;
  • you can and love to share knowledge, explain complex things in simple words, bring large amounts of information to an understandable structure;
  • conduct effective presentations, proactively work in a changing information environment, while maintaining a positive attitude;
  • you understand people and know how to find an individual approach to employee training for maximum efficiency in a short time.

Your future responsibilities:

  • actively take part in the selection of candidates for the Support Officer position, evaluate the level of candidates’ knowledge and their potential for working in our team;
  • training new and existing employees in all necessary topics, creating your own educational and training materials;
  • helping newcomers successfully pass the probationary period and become great customer support specialists;
  • keeping Support's knowledge base up to date on a daily basis;
  • taking the initiative in improving the support training processes and working on the individual and group tasks of the Support Education department.
